The dry brush is intended for use on dry skin. Use your body brush before washing. Brush dry skin with circular movements. Always brush with the direction from the bottom up towards the heart. Start brushing from the ankles and move upwards.

The whole process takes about 15 minutes. For best results, use a dry brush every day, preferably in the morning. To reduce / remove cellulite, you need to brush the areas twice a day for 5-10 minutes.
Warning: Be careful with dry brushing of sensitive or damaged skin.
Do not forget to moisturize the body after dry brushing and washing. Body cream is better absorbed into the skin even after dry brushing.
